Money Making Mondays [MMM] the lifeblood of every business.  MMM means the necessary prospecting and sales time to make your business better.  Without prospecting or sales, the business is basically not participating in its markets or industry….

This is the time you work on your business objectives by focusing on daily tasks that keep your business growing.  Time to hit the phones and work on your pipeline, work with clients in the process of buying, selling or financing, developing new clients leads, inspecting and submitting offers.

Time for uninterrupted telephone dialing…  Time to hit your numbers, your daily targets and get the pipeline full.   You can also use the time to follow-ups and build up a report with hot opportunities not closed.   Take the time for in-depth, comprehensive appointments.  This is the time you will sit one on one with the seller or buyer to define and reinforce deals, transactions, and closings.

When you meet with a prospect for the first time, it’s important to take the time to clarify how you work, gain insight into their needs and commitment level, and decide whether you will be able to help, assist, or work well together.  Nothing worse, than to be at the opposite sides of the table in an REI….

We always seem to have more task pending than we have time to get them complete.  Taking time each day to address this set tasks on a daily bases, will give you a sense of accomplishment.  By having a routing of tasks necessary to make your business better, and work on it systematically on a daily bases.  You’ll feel more organize and in control of your life.  You’ll work with a clear plan of action and positive attitude knowing exactly what you need to get done and accomplish.

So in conclusion, When was the last time you worked on your prospecting?  When was the last time you focused exclusively on clearing away your to-dos?
