There are few tasks real estate agents can complete over the holiday even while recharging and resting.
1- Review your previous year goals, and analyze how accurate you were at completing them. Also make necessary changes and improvements, which continue your goals, business growing.
2 – Review documents, marketing and operation manuals and make sure they are up to date.
3 – Work on new year marketing or Projects. This is essential so you are ready to start… I mean RUN as soon as the year starts… Review ROIs and invest or reestablish the ones that worked the best.
4 – “sharpen the saw,” meaning reading or watching videos that, among other things, help improve your real estate business.
5 – Make calls and renew meaningful connections by sending warm greetings and catching up with clients and their sphere of influence. Contact BMA’s Business Marketing Alliances and take time to meet and discuss common goals for the new year.
6 – Connect online, search each person on their database list of clients and sphere on Facebook and liking something on their page, leaving a comment or sending a direct message to say it was great to catch up or that they tried to reach them by phone.
Ultimately, connecting with people, feeding their brain and sharpening the saw will nourish new network opportunities for the new year.
But remember the most important item of the list… Make sure to get some rest… The holidays are a great opportunity to rest, since everyone is in the same mind set… This will help you, be in top notch and top of the game when business picks up again after New Year’s.
